Known for his unwavering belief in the power of love, gratitude, and personal transformation, Dom has spent over a decade helping people reclaim their lives, discover their worth, and rewrite their futures.

💡 With a bold dream to change how we view addiction, recovery, success, and self-worth, Dom founded Lakeview Education to create a space of unconditional positive regard, practical support, and opportunities for change by embracing discomfort and a willingness to fail..

📖 He is the author of You Are Still In There: Overcoming Addiction, and his programs at Lakeview are grounded in his personal journey of recovery, abundance, success, and creating his reality.

His goal is to assist others in building a reality they don’t want to escape, fostering a life guided by purpose rather than mere reactions.

💬 When asked what he loves most about the “work”, Dom says:

“Watching someone realize their own value—witnessing that moment when they understand they were never lost, they were just waiting to remember who they are, and that EVRYTHING has been working in their favor all along”. 

Outside the classroom, Dom is a dedicated family man, Jeep enthusiast, traveler, creative entrepreneur, and a firm believer in living a “Bonus Life”—a life of purpose, adventure, abundance, possibility, and legacy.

For the past five years, Haley Dyck has been an essential part of Lakeview Education, bringing heart, wisdom, and purpose to everything she does. As our Assistant Director and Instructor, she serves as a guiding light for both staff and clients, renowned for her empathy, nurturing spirit, and unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth.

💡 Haley’s dreams include earning her LCDC license, opening her own business, and combining her passion for helping people with her love for animals. She's inspired by the power of change and is motivated by the hope that her clients learn to love themselves fully and authentically.

For the past three years, Darcie Waddell-Parker has brought kindness, dependability, and a creative touch to Lakeview Education. As our Administrative Assistant, she plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping things running smoothly—always with a warm heart and helpful spirit.

💡 Darcie’s dream is to one day own a home with land, where she and her husband can raise farm animals and create space for their future children to laugh, play, and explore freely. A lover of nature and simplicity, she brings a gentle wisdom to our team and a heart rooted in faith.

🎶 When she’s not at work, Darcie is learning to pin butterflies, playing piano, or imagining a superpower like teleportation so she could travel the world.

💫 If she were an animal, she’d be a giraffe—graceful, tall, and her favorite animal. If she could switch places with anyone for a day, she’d choose Billie Eilish to experience what it’s like to perform at her level (despite a bit of stage fright!).

For the past two years, Michelle G. has been one of the welcoming faces and steady hands that help Lakeview Education run smoothly. As our Office Manager, Michelle brings joy, organization, and kindness to everything she does. Her genuine care for both clients and coworkers shines through every interaction, creating a warm and trustworthy environment.

💡 Michelle’s goals reach far beyond the office—she’s determined to begin her real estate journey, owning multiple investment properties by the age of 25. Her motivation? To give back to her parents and continue becoming a better version of herself each year.

🎶 Outside of work, Michelle loves being outdoors, exploring nature, or relaxing by the lake. You might also catch her singing along to any Drake song, her go-to karaoke pick.

For the past year, Anthony G.—also known as Tony—has been bringing fresh energy, a helpful spirit, and a whole lot of heart to Lakeview Education. 

As an Administrator/Classroom Coordinator, Tony plays a crucial support role, always ready to assist the team and clients with a smile (and maybe a well-timed joke!).

💡 Tony is driven by big goals—he’s preparing to enter trade school for welding, and dreams of traveling the world to see his favorite bands live. Always striving to grow and explore, he brings that same curiosity and passion to his work.

🎮 Fun fact? Tony is an identical twin and this is his first job ever! He’s also got a unique talent: mastering Guitar Hero on a controller.

His favorite food? Quesadillas and Chicken Alfredo.

Dream destination? Madrid (but he loves visiting Mexico too).

For the past two years, Kyla has been making a powerful impact at Lakeview Education as an Educator and Facilitator. With a B.S. in Family Life Education and a Master’s in Sociology, she brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and clarity to the classroom—and to every life she touches.

💡 Kyla is driven by a deep desire to help others and create real change. Whether leading a class, supporting a client, or sharing insight with a team member, she brings warmth, intelligence, and purpose to everything she does.

Her favorite food? Italian, all the way.

Dream vacation? Jamaica—sun, peace, and culture.

If she could master one skill instantly? Multitasking.
